Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Production and shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control

  • Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the carrier

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Custom / Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • All custom and personalized items are final sale

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for customer-approved designs

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging

We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Colors may appear differently depending on:
