How do I know what size to order?

Measure the item you want to frame by width x height. Do not measure the outside of an old frame. The size you enter should match the item you want to display, unless you are following specific mat opening instructions.

Can I order a frame without a mat?

Yes. You can choose No Mat for a clean, modern look where your photo, print, or artwork fills the frame.

What is the difference between single mat and double mat?

A single mat gives your piece a classic finished look with one mat color around the item. A double mat adds a second mat layer for more depth, contrast, and a more premium presentation.

Which glass option should I choose?

Regular glass is a good everyday option. UV-protective Conservation glass is better for photos, artwork, or documents you want to help protect from fading. Anti-reflective, Ultra-Vue glass is best for rooms with bright light or areas where reflections may be distracting.

Are your mouldings real wood?

Yes. Our frames are made with solid wood mouldings for a premium, long-lasting display.

How long does it take to receive my frame?

Most custom frames are built and shipped within the production time shown on the product page. Because each frame is made to order, timing may vary based on size, options, and order volume.

What happens if my frame arrives damaged?

Contact us right away with photos of the damage and packaging. We package our frames carefully, but if something happens in transit, we’ll help make it right.
