If you do not love your product for any reason, we will gladly accept a return for a full refund on eligible items. While we always appreciate the opportunity to resolve any concerns, we fully respect your decision.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or production error:

Changed Mind / Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an eligible item due to a change of mind:

A 25% restocking fee will apply

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Returned items must be in unused, original condition.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

Items created using customer-uploaded images or text

Extended Holiday Return Policy
We offer an extended return period during the holiday season.

Any order placed between November 1st and December 31st may be returned until January 31st
